Changing girls’ lives

Girls Inc. of Monroe County creates opportunities for success. We equip girls to defy limitations and stereotypes, attend college, break the cycle of poverty, and move into a thriving future. Our research-based programs support girls at every stage of their development. We focus on the whole girl: her health and well-being, education, and development as a leader.

Honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Girls Inc. is celebrating the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. with a day of service. Girls will learn the importance of advocating for themselves and others and learn about the important contributions Dr. King made to the civil rights. We will give back to our community by creating funky hats to share with Olcott Center for cancer warriors!

There is no registration fee to attend. Just let us know you’re joining us!

Support

Monroe County girls face real and significant barriers to success. At Girls Inc. of Monroe County, we believe all girls are capable of achieving their full potential if their rights are upheld and the social, cultural, and legal barriers to their success are recognized and addressed.
